There are many reputable American pressure canning (Presto, All American, Mirro), but none of the many retailers ship to England.
In the UK, all pressure cookers have been reduced to 3.7 liters, it is not large enough to hold several pots of products or other foods.
How can a pressure cooker to help me keep the home?

Very difficult.
At first I thought that might buy my friend in Boston, and resubmit it to you via FedEx. However, I have an appointment for a package of 15 pounds and is $ 166 - twice the price! Not sure if you want to pay.
I thought I could imagine a day trip to New York, so I found the cheapest, but I could find was 200 pounds, as well.
Finally, if you would use the answers to someone who went to the States and would be willing to see with you (have to pay the additional transportation costs would be, but I doubt it, $ 166).
I researched pressure cooker / canning industry recently, and there is a large field to choose on the Internet. I am surprised that you have no providers of the United Kingdom can find one. Try it and see if you find a buyer. I will wait for you, and I thought I'll buy.
