I am a junior in high school and I have hands on experience of the cinema. I have interned with a sales manager, where most saw the film and edit. I want to be an administrator and want to know the best way to get into the film school at NYU.

Is a great thing, you start gaining the experience of the theater today. Your school have some opportunities to learn / video and / or film. Get involved. If a school near you, see if they offer any movies or TV / video courses, and talk to your parents advice and guidance on how to access it. There are also summer programs for students interested in the film. If you can afford it, it will be worth taking into account.
