Osteoporosis itself no symptoms until a fracture occurs. Calcium does not have the treatment of osteoporosis, but it is important to have a good supply of calcium) (which some people do, if you suffer from the disease. Bisphosphonates are useually all patients with a confirmed diagnosis of osteoporosis, but still need calcium.

There are many supplements that mothers can take to alleviate the symptoms, the more calcium tablets, and only here in our country we have enough.

I hope that, under the supervision of your doctor? Gentle exercise and a diet that would help rich in calcium and vitamin D as well.
Take medications prescribed by a doctor? I ask only because the strength of the tablets are prescribed best for your family doctor. The physiotherapist should be able to recommend some exercises and light sensitive. He is also the advice of your doctor and perhaps the hormone replacement therapy in the doctor? (For the menopause)
Sorry for all these questions, but of course, your doctor may offer too much help and treatment.
If she is in pain after adequate pain relief a priority elsewhere, it could significantly reduce their quality of life and mobility.
